Been going to her for 25+ years. I moved to the Bronx and still go. My mother, father (now deceased) and brothers have been going just as long or longer.
Personable, professional, caring, and funny. Smiles a lot. She's really compassionate and friendly. Explains each step before she does it. Some of my friends go to her and say only great things about her.
Never had dental insurance issue so I don't know how that works but I would say that her fees are reasonable. Wait times are very reasonable, too.

Dr Lagomarsino and her staff were wonderful. I let a tooth problem go on entirely too long and was in a lot of pain. The office got me in very quickly and even stayed late to help resolve my painful situation. Dr Lagomarsino has a very calming and professional demeanor and I will recommend her to my family and friends.

Very professional and friendly crew. they know what they are doing and they do it well.
the doctors speak enough Polish to communicate with the local patients.
Every time they wash my teeth nice and shining, and the brace+jell whitening kit is great!
