Terrible experience. The manager was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. I would recommend choosing a competitor, even if the price is slightly higher. Save yourself the slow service, hidden fees, and rude customer service by not choosing Wall 2 Wall.

Wall 2 Wall has a lot of supporting staff and they are quick to responding to all your questions. I spoke to Eddie multiple times because I had to change my original plan on the walls I was building and he was willing to give me an excellent deal for the things I wanted and the walls look great. His quote was 20% lower than another company I called and he is very understanding when you talk to him. Christine works under him and she shows a lot of patience and really on point with things and will respond to you in an efficient manner. I would recommend Wall 2 Wall to anyone looking to build walls in their new apartment.
