We had the best customer service possible at this store. We called, and the manager made time to see us early on a Saturday, even though his showroom wasn't open. He was there to take photos for the website and for inventory, but he spent about an hour showing us the most beautiful slabs of granite we'd seen in 2 months of looking. We ended up ordering Manhattan Bordeaux, having it shipped to a Glen Cove fabricator. And when we went to the fabricator to show him how we wanted it cut for our kitchen, a couple from Montauk just happened to stop by. We saw them taking photos of our granite. It turned out they, too, had looked for weeks for granite, and loved our slab when they saw it sitting in the yard. They ended up calling Walker Zanger in Perth Amboy and ordering the slab next to ours. Go there. You will not be disappointed. Ask for Jose. He's very knowledgeable, nice, professional and accommodating. Tell him the couple from Oyster Bay sent you.

Really, really bad customer service. I was told that my order was back-ordered within a week of the delivery date. I ordered the product in April The back-order timing was almost two months. I still don't have a firm date of when the product will arrive even though the order is due based on their revised delivery date.

I guess they put all of their work into tile design and not so much on getting the product to the customer. I would have canceled my order and found a different vendor with a comparable product if it not for my wife really liking the design.

Jonathan Zanger should really make an investment on figuring out his delivery issues. Meanwhile, my kitchen project has been delayed for over six weeks and counting...
