I found this hotel to be beyond awful.
1. Room 507 which I am in has mold in it! (Picture included after they have cleaned it!) Apparently because of a leak in the shower.
2.it has no air conditioning but air cooling.
3.you cannot change the fan speed. So it is always on hi.
4.air constantly hitting the bed so when you are asleep you have blowing in your face.
5.room 402 which I moved from you cannot even change the thermostat so you are stuck with the temperature the hotel decides on.
6.you can finish a book by the time an elevator arrives.
7.i had to run after the cleaning staff to replenish my shampoo.
8.towels are removed even though they are not thrown on the floor and not replaced.
9.my tooth brush was thrown away for some odd reason
10 I was shown yet another room to change to for the 3rd time.
11.the mattresses are so old you sink in the bed.
12.the duvets are clumpy so basically the bottom have of the duvet is as this in as paper. They have changed the duvet!
13.the pillows are so old and hard. I heard a few people at reception asking for new pillows.

15. the cleaning people are all over the floors chatting.
16. the floors are just filthy
17. I was bitten all over and the staff said there were mosquitoes yet there were none
Never again. The place is very very unhappy.
