Anna Park the pharmacist was the worst I've ever encountered. Very snotty and told me out right that I was welcome to go to another pharmacy if I didn't wish to wait. Of course she would tell me this after waiting 35 mins! Told me that the wait was 20-30 mins due to lack of staff. Is it our problem that Duane Reade had a lack of staff. Even the manager was from New York stating that he was just covering. Said that the insurance didn't cover and lied that she needed to contact the physician. I called the Dr right in front of her and they told me she already called to find out which other ones can be covered my medical. Then Anna told me that I have to wait another 10 mins since I had to be place in the back of the line again due to coverage! Can you believe this! Never again will I patronize this store!

This location is very convenient. The pharmacy staff are extremely helpful. The store staff is very courteous.
