Ordered the orange chicken, general tso's chicken, broccoli w/ garlic sauce, and chicken fried rice. We got a free wonton soup also- because the order was over $13.00. The chicken is very very fried. I'm not into that, but I suppose that some people are. However, the meat that was inside the thick layer of friedness was bad. Fatty, ligamenty, definitely not quality chunks of meat. The chicken inside the chicken fried rice, though not deep fried, also had peices of fat and skin on it. The broccoli was good- but that's probably because we ordered the sauce on the side and were able to ration how saucey we wanted our steamed veggie. Overall I thought the food was pretty bad- but then, maybe I just had far too high of quality expectations from a take-out chinese joint. On the other hand- we did get an enormous amount of food (rice came w/each dish + the quart of free soup + each entree was quite large) for a pretty inexpensive price. We did give over half of it away to homeless people though...

The only decent Chinese place in my neighborhood that accepts cards.

Its kinda ghetto and such when you go there, and the staff seem pretty grumpy, but once they know you, they're very nice, and sometimes even chatty. The prices are great, and you get a choice of different "international" flavors. Delivery is super fast. The food is above par for this neighborhood. Which isnt saying much. since I think all the chinese take out around here is pretty horrible. The (chinese) mexican is pretty standard but not as greasy as others around here. Pretty great if you like that particular flavor (which I do). But as I said for this neighborhood, Beggars cant be choosers. I am thankful they are here!
