The wafels are nice and solid: crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. That being said, the customer service at this location is abominable. I got major flack for redeeming a voucher, and they tried to short change me on what I was supposed to receive. Then, when I asked for an empty cup so I could share some of my shake with a friend, I was flattly told "no". My wafels and shakes were also placed on a sticky counter covered with syrup instead of handed to me as I reached for them.

Tasty wafels, not too pricey. Really liked it to sit in the park with my family and some of their wafels.
