Terrible customer service: the man behind the desk refused to help me by either locating the item I was looking for in the store, or looking for it online. When I tried to locate the item myself, to further specify what I needed, he was obstructionist and again refused to help me. I would not go to this store for anything more complicated than key replacement.

Better store: Sugar Hill Hardware on 145th. This is y new favorite store!

I've been here twice to try to copy keys. Neither time they had the right size of key. And it takes about 10-15 minutes for them to go through all of the sizes.

Walk an extra two blocks down to the other hardware store. They have an organized store, and never had a problem with making any key.
