W New York

Decent hotel, good staff. A bit noisy and small (even by NYC standards). Stay here mostly because I known what to expect and it's only a few blocks from my office. Westin Grand Central is a bit nicer if prices are the same.

If you have ever stayed at a W hotel expect an average experience. Nice hotel and great location. Rooms are small (150± sqft) but that's the standard for a new york hotel. You get free apples from the front desk so that's cool.

How do I start that this is an awful hotel. Well they give away my room that was big and expensive one and told me we sold it, and give me 2 small rooms and refused to refund me the difference and lie about it. Then they charged my credit card someone else's food from the restaurant and room snacks. We waited 30 minutes for our room key to be resolve cause it wasn't working, and I had too call 4 times. Customer service at the desk are clueless, careless, and don't same to care about anything you tell them. Their was so many more problems at this hotel that I can continue , this was one of the worst W hotels I ever stayed don't come here, no will I recommend it.

The worth room I ever stayed in. Too small, a window that looks over a sort of back yard that looks like a rats hole. Management gives a shit and let's you feel like they are doing you a favor. Do not stay here. There are plenty of better and cheaper hotels in Manhattan.
That war my first and last time here.

Excellent location in Manhattan. Fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, nice bar and good breakfast. Free coffee and mulled cider, which is a nice touch. Have stayed here before and would love to stay again
