Vonage

I don't recommend this service provider. They don't even deserve 1 star. We purchased an Insurance Agency a year ago and took over the phone system and contract with Vongage Business. We cannot receive calls from a specific area in Westchester County and Vonage has done nothing to resolve this issue for us. I have spent hours on the phone with their customer support department, various reps have tried to escalate our issue to others and we still cannot receive calls from this area. To make matters worse, the calls are going to another insurance agency. I'm sure we are losing sales because of this. I've tried reporting them to the PSC and FCC and no one seems to know how to get this issue resolved. I caution anyone who is considering using Vongage. Their prices might seem very attractive to you....but trust me....you will not be getting the service you expect. I even sent several emails to Michael Snow, Sr. Sales Team Lead for Vonage who acknowledged my emails, assured me someone would get back to me and I still haven't gotten a response. This company does not care about it's customers. Buyer Beware!!
