Because of how rude and offensive one Nancy Fullerton was to me when I was trying to donate I will no longer be supporting them. It seems treating people poorly is just par for the course for this place. I think alligators might be have a better temperament. In any case I strongly urge people to vote with their money, and find a better place to support. Or to the board you get rid of people like Nancy. Maybe then people like myself will support you again before you get cut right out of existence.

Stephen R a client of mine went to wards Island shelter keener building and was told to describe his experience at this facility and amidst his tears and and fear his only words after only spending five days there were. "Its hell on earth" I wish I could give this review a 0 no stars at all whatsoever because this place is not even worth a star or even placing anybody who are homeless or a veteran.
