- Poor #190238

STAY AWAY: This is not Volkswagen Service, these are the auto repair thieves of 554 west 38th St. also known as Active auto. They steal your good parts and install old defective parts in your car. They are a total ripoff they call themselves the dealership of various types of cars.They steal the listing of other companies

- Excellent #190239

I went in for a couple of smallish repairs, spacing on the fact that the car was still under warranty. They reminded me about the warranty, but since I needed the car back immediately I asked them to go ahead with the work. They did -- while I waited -- and then refused to take payment! Yes, I mean they did the work for free. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I will be recommending these guys to everyone.
