PUCHIIIIII WORST PLACE EVER!!!I had worse customer service experience ever with this Volkswagen dealership. I have a lease car for over year and a half which had constant problems with DPF. As I was numerously advised by Volkswagen for this past several months, there has been a recall of this specific model and year car by company itself for factor defect of DPF and I was waiting to be contacted for exchange. Meanwhile I had to go for oil change, which was supposed to be free (They supposed to change oil free 2 times and I only have done it once) so I addressed this location since I was traveling and they charged me for oil change. When I left dealership car was running fine until today when it stopped on highway with message to check DEF fluid. I towed the car back to dealership where they stated the most ridiculous explanation of a problem. They said that there was SQUIRREL living under the hood and it damaged the parts so it is not their problem. I was furious!!! This people are completely unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing! After I got engaged with very unpleasant argument with manager, they checked that there was no leakage from DPF and they connected car to computer and cleared some codes car started working again. If there was so called SQUIRREL present, how did they fix the problem just by computer??? After this horrible and dilettante service I will be definitely contacting upper management and revising my business with them for spending both of my time and money! I strongly advise to stay away from this dealership if you want to get quality service!
