I have ordered two 40mm by 50 mm passport pictures. I specified the country where the photos will be used. The directions specified at the embassy were that the photos need to be on one sheet of paper ( not cut) They sent me pictures that were cut ( which is not what the directions specify). Also one of the pictures was cut 36 mm by 50 mm.
I called their customer service multiple times and eventually got a refund from them.

The worst customer service, the man who works there were so mean to me. First of all he print the page wrong and then he expect me to pay the dollar for his mistake. In the end I got to fight with him and he told me to leave the store and never come back... Very rude and nasty!!!!

top of the line family run small business thats been around for years. great prices, great service, great quality. you have to be crazy bring your photos to those do-it-yourself kiosks in a rite aid or cvs store with their horrible cheap quality.
