Vivian Lovely Nails

Terrible. I got a manicure on sunday and on monday it was already chipping. They also have no signs posted but the Credit Card Min is 15 DOLLARS! That is ridiculous and on top of that for using a card you have a 2 DOLLAR FEE. Are you kidding me! So not only would i need to spend 15 dollars to use a card your going to charge me 2 dollars just for using a card. You are a business. This is unacceptable . I will never be going back to this terrible nail salon. Save yourself the trouble and go to Linda Nails in belleville. So much better and your mani will last more than 2 hours

If I could give them a rate of zero, I would. I walked in and they totally ignored me. I live very close to this salon, so I figured I'd give them my business. I walked in and they just totally ignored me and told me by appointment only. (There was not 1 person in there, so I went to another local salon and will continue to go there! For the reviewer who spoke so highly of the salon, good for you, but I thought it was tasteless for you to degrade the other person for their opinion. That's what this post is for. To voice ur opinion and your experience. Im glad you had a great experience......I, on the other hand did not!

Terrible.. I called in a few minutes before coming in to see if they would give me a regular mani/pedi.. They said it was fine if I was in by 6. I got a little lost and made it at 6:03. I'm not sure if this is the Vivian in a previous review, but this lady gave me a serious attitude. Told me she thought I'd be on time and that she was "waiting and waiting". Then she didn't even bother putting a base coat on my nails. Not sure if it was because she was rushing but as a "professional" nail salon, this is unacceptable. Plus I have air bubbles in my nails. I planned to get my eyebrows done, but with her being so hostile, I changed my mind. I've been to many nail salons and even if they do a poor job but give me good service I tip well, but this lady was just so rude. Go elsewhere, Bloomfield is highly populated with nail salons, probably with better service.

Vivian & Brian are very professional. Ive been going there for almost 7 years consistantly. They do the best and most beautiful nails around hands down. Anyone who disagrees has NO clue what a great nail salon is. I know at Least 10-15 people who now go there after seeing how well my nails look.
P.S. To that bad review posted: Vivian has a great sense of humor & a very loving husband/family, if she teases her husband its only in fun. GET A SENSE OF HUMOR WILL YA! jeez

Vivian is the most arrogant person I’ve ever met. I really feel bad for her husband Brian for the way she treats him in front of clients. The lady has no manners at all. If you are 5 min late for your appt you could pretty much forget about seeing someone, because she will give u an attitude and send you away. Furthermore, she is prejudice when it comes to her clientele. I suggest if you want quality service and treatment go someplace else.
