Very dissappointed with the service today. Although I enjoy the food, their customer service was awful. I ordered at the counter and it took over an hour to get it it ready. I was called to the counter twice to verify my order. I was told they were very busy and had so many orders and deliveries. I wasn't sure if my order was forgotten or screwed up. They need to get organizationized or invest in extra help.

The best empanadas, all the food is fresh. Its always the whole in the wall places ...if I lived closer, it would be a once a week dinner for my family

I mainly stay here and eat with my 3 year old. Awesome food and service, although empanadas can use more filling. If you are on the go, you should order ahead of time. I highly recommend this establishment. All other menu items are TASTY. Best value on the 'Bay.
