I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I was given Vito's # by my dealership, my car caught a nasty pot hole and ended up with a flat. Needless to say, called Vito's up talked to the representative for a few short minutes and arranged the tow. When the tow truck came, the driver Enrique, came earlier than the given time. Upon meeting, Enrique took great care of my car. Treated like his own. My car is very low to the ground and he didn't hesitate to conjure up a solution. He worked quickly, as well as carefully. I found the price I was given to by more than fair. All in all 5/5

Everyone always has something negative to say about a tow company.....until they need a tow. The Towing industry is VERY difficult no matter where you go. Before you post a negative comment you should know the people first. If you had your car towed and had to pay, most likely its because you chose to park in an illegal spot or were doing something you should have been doing. Tow companies have to follow the letter of the law-they don't set the prices, the city/state does. Everyone at Vito's towing are great people.

Pete is a douchebag and so is his father Vito! Don't ever call them to help you, they will over charge you and treat you like crap. Working there is even worse. All they want you to do is clean their trucks all day.

Really bad attitude, over pricing. please find a different company for your towing needs.
