I ordered a protein from here and like always I tack my packages. I got a email this morning saying vitamin shoppe requested that the package be returned? I've done paid for it there is no way my package needs to be returned. They will be getting a call from me this morning

Do not shop here! At the very least, do not use their mail order. These are the type of merchants with whom you must be present in the store to get proper service. Here's my story: I ordered two bottles of Essiac Tea. When the package arrived the bottle caps were cracked. I called the Vitamin Shoppe customer support. They appeared disorganized, requiring me to wait over five minutes and then transferring me multiple times, only to arrive, finally at a customer service rep. who gave me the return merchandise information and told me to put the box outside my door and UPS would pick it up. They didn't. In the meantime, they sent a second package of two bottles of Essica Tea. When I opened the first bottle it was full of mold. I then opened the second bottle, it two was full of mold. I was appalled. When I contacted the Vitamin Shoppe, they didn't get back to me for fours days. Their final decision: there was nothing they could do. I will not shop there again. You might want to consider a different provider as well.
