Vital Air has been contracted to work on my Condo Complex AC Units (Move & Reinstall), while our Roofs are being replaced.
My unit experienced a problem when replaced. A worn wire kept my unit from working. The young man who came to my place the next morning was very nice and worked fast to get my AC working again.
Since I manage a customer service department for a Software Firm, I wanted to make sure good customer service gets some mention and credit.
