I will never order from this restaurant again! Terrible customer service. Every time I tried to call I was hung up on. The woman who took my order never put the order in! I waited a total of 2 hours and my order never came. I understand it's Valentine's Day and restaurants get very busy but this was just unacceptable. I'm almost certain they never put our order in in the first place and honestly they didn't care whether they had our business or not. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Soo after $3 & waiting 20-25 minutes for an order of tostones or fried plantains, (which I think they forgot to put my order in because I heard her call the order out again and 5 mins later it came out.) I get home to discover that only SIX tostones come in an order!! Seriously? While I was thinking of coming back as they have a nice decor and seem to be popular by the numerous orders being delivered, the wait time, tiny amount of food, and lack of sauce to go with them eventhough I saw little packs of sauce on the table is enough to make me change my mind!!

could of been 4 stars but these guys are greedy scuzballs. These guys jack up the price every time i call. this is gonna get them out of business soon and its a shame because their food is very good in such a poor area.
