Visions

Sadly, I found both the lens workmanship and service at Visions to be substandard. After a five week delay on a fully prepaid order, I got my glasses and noted that one lens was producing a soft blur. I told the owner that I believed the Rx in question was improperly filled. Owner refused to make any changes. I used their optometrist and they filled their own script. But, all I got from them was a heated argument. Wound up going to a different optician to redo the botched job.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had my eye exam here. The doctor was fine, but the guy at the front desk is the biggest jerk I've ever dealt with in a business in my entire life. He is certifiably nuts. I was supposed to receive a year's supply of contacts which is 8 boxes. I had removed one of the boxes and put them in my travel toiletry kit and forgot about it. I called Visions of Park Slope to confirm that I had received 8 boxes, and the guy kept telling me he had to call me back because someone was in the store. So I went into the store personally and explained I only received 7 boxes and not 8. He flew off the handle, called me a liar, the veins popping out of his neck, used profanity, and called me a scum bag. It was nuts. Psychotic. In the end, he refused to order me the missing box. I found the misplaced box later that day, but it doesn't change the fact that this guy is a nut case.

the guy who runs the store attacked me for no reason
he thougth i stole a pair of glasses and then he ran me up the block and choked me and then took me back to the store and threw me against the metal cabinet and threatened my life and my health.i hate him so badly. and by the way im only 12 years old. and i didnt steal glasses

i guess this will seem as a surprise to the readers, but i found Dr very though and people polite. Prices were a little high and their selection of frames was limited, service was very professional.
