Customer service is fantastic. They are quick to get you in and serviced, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that the ladies love.

Customer service was excellent all of the staff was accommodating and helpful especially Efraysa, the ophthalmologist and the lab technician. I would definitely refer this establishment to others and will definitely go back in the future.

I have never had a problem with them very respectful and evenly priced me and 4 of my children have gone here for over 10 yrs they are nice dont see any reason not to be

Something must be done about the customer service issue(s) at this place. Very rude staff selling frames that do not live up to the quality. My mother who speaks English as a second language was disrespected. Not one associate took the time out to answer her questions with patience. Until I had to go in and help her, and then I was not given the service I was paying for. Unbelievable.
