Jeanie is a horror. She is not a colorist but merely works one day a week. She is too busy talking your ear off about her imaginary son and husband. She talks badly about her co-workers and asks you if you will pay her under the table and not tell the receptionist if for example she gives you a haircut. But most importantly you will walk out of there looking like your hair has been put through a blender and blondes watch out: you will come out with your roots looking like a zebra and hair that glows in the dark. Why doesn't this salon visibly display these so-called self characterizing employees' licenses because it takes weeks before any hair can be re-colored when you walk out in public with your hair color so ridiculous to look at that you cannot even go to work. My name is on here because Jeanie will be receiving a lawsuit shortly. How can she morally allow any client to leave the shop with hair that looks like cotton candy and pedestrians turning to look at you. This shops hairdressers as well as manager should step forward when a client is in tears.

I am an avid spa go-er, both in the states and overseas, and I can confidently recommend this salon and spa to anyone who is looking for superior experience in a relaxing & soothing environment. Both the salon and spa are inviting from the moment you enter. I highly recommend the massages at the spa. I've seen several therapists there and all are excellent! One time , after my massage, I inquired if an impromptu manicure and pedicure were available as well as a shampoo and blow-dry. The front desk personnel were most attentive and accommodating, immediately setting up those services for me, which far exceeded my expectations. From spa to salon.... overall great experience!

One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Made an appointment and showed up on time only to discover that another client had taken my spot because she decided at the last minute to have more treatments done. I waited for almost an hour before I finally decided to leave - there weren't even enough seats to sit down and I was REPEATEDLY asked to move in order to give my seat to another customer. I have no idea why I was treated so poorly, but I will never go here again.
