Listen just get the coupon from groupon...listen whenever you deal with a sales person its a challenge since its a battle of who will get the best deal vs the best commision...bottom line is up to you to give them your business ... I have purchase 2 pairs in the last 3 years...the main reason I come Here is for the macys card and the coupon...its a numbers game at the end of the day...I do like the large selection though. No its not cheap but reasonable.

Since no one call me to make sure it was ready I called , it was ready .(what a service) I told them to add xtraactive and just got the cheaper one after they charge an arm and a leg for the lenses they ask for 50 dollar extra I spoke to the manager Dr Li to see if he can help me with the cost since it was an error on their behalf and they just wont care...i advice u if u wanna be ripped off and feel stranded go to this store...they are a joke...its sad they operate in a prestigious store like macys...never again theybjust lost me big time ..spend over a $1000 in the last 3 years ...taking ny business elsewher3.groupon coupon is a scam to bait and switch.

The resident Optometrist was great, friendly, and accurate with my 13 y/o son who went in for his annual eye exam. They took both of our insurances, he was able to choose Eyewear and got them in about two hours. For busy parents or if the glasses are broken, it was fast and stress-free. Thanks a bunch!

I bought a Groupon for this place thinking I can get a super deal on a pair of eyeglasses. It is simply a trap to lure a naive consumer in.
The prices of the best eyeglasses from reputable companies are ridiculously high and yes, the prices are super high, EVEN AFTER the Groupon. They charge you a high price just for the lens only and a higher price for the frames. I was even tricked into taking an eye exam which I had no idea I had to pay $50 for.
The only glasses that are covered is their "pick of the litter" collection I may call it. They look awful and their quality is terrible. I bought glasses from there before and it kept falling off.
I came with my wife so she can help me select a pair of glasses and she noticed that ALL their eyeglasses were of poor quality and were fake. She could tell by looking at the name on the side of the glasses and she has bought eyeglasses for me before from her native Indonesia for much cheaper. She could tell the difference between a phony pair and an authentic one.
Moreover to top it off, they have terrible service. I dealt with a guy who talked to me in a rude tone and was not willing to work with us. When I bought glasses from there the year before, they were not coordinated and never contacted me when my glasses were ready.
Avoid this place like the plague. I feel like a fool flushing $29 of my hard earned money down the toilet! :(

I went there for my first prescription glasses september 9 i was greeted by sales a sales person Steffani ,she was ,pleasant ,patient , and helpful . while waiting to take the exam she helped me pick out some frames ,i still had some time to kill before the exam cause ophthalmologist was not in i walked around the mall i came back after an hour i waited briefly and i was called in for my exam that was another pleasant experience. when i was done Stefanni again was helpful with my frames we picked them out right way she measured the lenses paid my bill [ $ 790.00] i was told it would take 5-7 business days and i would have to come back and they would have to measure the lenses one more time to make sure they fit me well . so i left . On the 17 of september i said to myself let me take aside and see if they are ready so i did again Steffani was there she explained to me they might be here but the technician was not there but if you come tomorrow they will be here i said thank you and left ,later that afternoon Steffani called to tell me she would be off the next day and the technician will be in at 12 that was awesome of her to let me know what was going on next i showed up at 12.15 i was greeted by Cynthia it was very brief she told me the technician will be in at 3 she showed me my frames she then measured them one more time so this way when the lenses were mounted she would give me a call and i would not have to wait . It was after 5 now and no phone call i decided to call and speak to Cynthia and get a status on when they would be ready some loser Renee answered the phone gave him my and asked him if he can help me his tone of voice was nasty , why? i have no idea . he made me feel by calling i was bothering him he just did not care like it his last day on the job .I said to him that i would cancel the order and with a bad attitude he screamed and said to me what do want to do to cancel the order or you want me to help you like he was doing me a favor . thats when i snapped and let him have i told many things then i told to cancel the order ,i then proceeded to call my credit card company and dispute the charge .an hour later i get a call from vision express thinking it was Renee i answered the phone in a nasty way but it was not it was the manager he was calm but i was not i did not give him a chance to speak,and i told him do not call . Now because of that moron Renee i will have to go through the same process some where else and may be wait another 10 days for glasses which i could not even wait another day cause my i sight is poor . This is a warning to vision express you have all my information s.s. number etc.if something happens and i have issues with identity fraud even 10 years from now you will be the first ones that will be looked at .
