Service is very professional, both the salespeople on the floor and the doctor who took my new prescription. Very happy with my new glasses, and with the whole experience from start to finish.
I lost my glasses when the cab I was riding in rear-ended a bus. Without knowing that was why I was replacing my glasses, the woman offered me 10% off. In that moment, this was so touching to me. So very grateful. Cannot recommend this place higher.

Outstanding quality of services and sweet deal!! They are very friendly and professional, putting lots of efforts to satisfy my needs. I really LOVE the new glasses they made for me and they also helped me save a lot of money with my insurance plan. It is such a blessing to discover Vision Essential after being ripped off and bullied by those big brand names for so long.
