Beware of this management company. They are completely inflexible to their tenants. Once you have moved in to one of their buildings they will threaten you over the phone and in-person if they feel you violated one of their building codes. These codes include not being able to assemble furniture when you move in past 6pm on weekdays... If you do not change your locks they will enter your apartment to drop off letters from the management company. I changed my locks immediately once this happened to me!!! They will violate your tenant rights because they know as a tenant you do not have the means to pay legal bills or the time to deal with the issue. They will threaten you over the phone by telling you that you will be out on the street or that they will not renew your lease. And this is from a tenant who has never been late with a rent payment in the 5 years that he has been living in NYC. BEWARE OF THESE JERKS!!!
