When I asked if she was a broker, the person identified herself as a "leasing agent". The got me a studio for $100 more than my neighbor pays for a 1 bedroom. I am not sure how they managed that. They still did better than Citi Habitats who somehow took a deposit and still managed to rent my apartment to someone else.
