VIP WASH & LUBE

Terrible- please save yourself the time and money. Just paid $20.00 for them to basically make my car look the same as it did before- debris all over the floor and still looks as is inside. Worst part is I spoke to the manager who told me the only thing he could do is put me BACK on the 40 min line even though he saw I had my 8 month old with me and I just spent an hour waiting. I explained that to him and asked him for a future credit to which he said no- how accommodating.

I get a wash (#2) and the dirt I specifically came to remove is still on the car. Don't waste your money there unless your car is filthy and you just need a quick rinse....then it's worth it

I wish I could give less than 1 star. $30 to wash your car and vacuum. Ok no problem. I asked them to clean my windshield, for that you have to add $40. Lol. I thought the problem was that I wasn't able to communicate properly since the worker there spoke horrible English. I found the manager. He also had issue speaking english, but no problem. He confirmed, it's an extra $40 to clean the inside glass. Needless the day I went to touchless less then a mile away and they did what I wanted for under $30. And the guy was nice and spoke clearly.

Worst car wash ever. Attendant didn't speak English or have a working understanding of it, so when I ordered a #2, I got a #1 even though I made it clear that it needed to be vacuumed. They were all in the car but didn't vacuum it, and the outside is still dirty. Did it even go through the wash? I wrote a message in the goop left on the mirror, can you make it out? VIP SUX!

Forgot to add, they just tossed my mats back in the car instead of hooking them in. You'd think after that huge thing with the Toyota floormats moving and jamming the pedals, they would take more care. Oh well, I won't be back.

Adding this now that I'm home - the trunk was full of water. This car has been through all sorts of weather and never leaked. How are there like 5 gallons in my trunk? This wash would have saved me time not to go to.

Worst car wash ever. Parked under a tree and had a moderate amount of bird droppings on car. Bought an exterior wash. As I drove away noticed the droppings were not completely cleaned off. Went back and they refused to rewash it. The attendant stating I would have to pay an extra fee. I went home with a spritz of Windex and a fast wipe all spots were wiped clean. What would have it cost them to send it through again?
