Do NOT get your hair colored here these people ruined my hair. I asked for lowlights on my blonde hair i brought 4 photos of what I wanted done because I was super paranoid it lowlights would be too dark. I asked for dark blonde lowlights on my then platinum hair. I don't speak Spanish but the receptionist kept interrupting so I could understand. The own of the salon came over with the stylist and the receptionist and I showed my photos I told them all if this is something u have no experience in please tell me because it's my birthday today and I have a surprise dinner party to be at 830. It was only 4pm. I should have known when they were all arguing amongst themselves that they didn't know what they were doing .....so I trusted them they promise they know exactly what I want. I asked receptionist to tell her to do a patch test, she said of course she will. The stylist looked at me and said yes I will. Well guess what SHE LIED SHE DIDN'T my hair came out close to black and I was so anal about making sure they understood what u wanted. It took her all of 4 hours to mess up my hair. When I saw how dark it came out I almost lost it, and they have the nerve to tell me oh it's not done yet we still need to put toner on the blonde pieces. I was quoted 80.00 over the phone for the lowlights i charged $180.00, in addition to the horrible color job they charged me for a blowout that I never got. I was late to my party and showed up with a wet head that looked a mess.

P.S. I called next day and asked that they do a reverse color and remove the charcoal color from my hair and the owner said no they need to put the toner on still then I would love it. Seriously the original blonde was NEVER THE PROBLEM the color u added was to dark. Dark blonde vs Dark black brown MAJOR DIFFERENCE. the styles to also informed me the owner came over and told her to use the dark brown instead of color I asked for said it would look better. Next time leave your two cents out and deliver what the customer asked for!

I went to VIP salon with picture and it was perm hair
and they said they can do it.
So believed it.
But they were so bad relay bad I'm serious
I'm not gonna go here never even If there are free
They did other hair and It's so Curled
And after perm they said "haha we will made new hair style
look like different? "

Think about this place be serious

Don't bother making the call. Worst customer service ever. Dont rely on appointments because their appointment only policy is obviously a ploy to not have any clientele at all. I called to make an appointment at 3pm for 6pm, was given an appointment and when I arrived at 6:01 I was not greeted at all, stood there for 12 minutes like a fool when finally a woman approached me, and immediately spoke Spanish to me, which doesn't bother me normally at all, but I was given a look to put someone 6 feet under when I said what? because unfortunately I can't speak Spanish. Then it was apparent my appointment was not written in the book, and then a gentleman walked over, asked me again when did I call to make the appointment and when was it for, stated the story again, and I was told "she" left. I didn't specify any certain person to cut my hair in the first place, so I'm not really sure who "she" was. Completely unprofessional, treated like dirt and very nasty staff. I can understand why this place is always dead. Go elsewhere... save yourself the aggravation I just went thru.

I have been looking for a hair salon near me and I found VIP. Their website is enticing but not exactly what I would soon find out. They do not stick to their booking schedule. I booked for an appointment with one hairdresser and they take a customer on my slot and said the booking was not written on their book. Very disappointing!

They were amazing. They totally fixed and issue with my brothers hair. Since his session with the stylist there his hair has been great. I cant wait for my next hair cut in this great salon either !!
