VIP Granite Stones

My quartz countertops couldn't be more gorgeous and the men who installed them were awesome!

It has taken well over 2 months for us to get VIP Granite to complete our job. We paid them in full for the final remaining piece of our island on July 17, 2015. At that time Sharon the owner I presume told us that the island would be installed in about 1.5-2wks because he was working on a big job. Due to us wanting to be as accommodating as possible we agreed to the later install. It is now August 24th, 2015 AND we still can not get them to commit to a date for install. We had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday August 19th But unfortunately one of their workers fell "ill" 30 min before our scheduled time slot for install how convenient. I was told that on Monday August 24th I would receive a call to reschedule as they only make their schedules on Mondays. I called SEVERAL times through out the day on Monday to get a confirmation for time and was placed on long periods of hold and the calls disconnected on 3 occasions. Finally at 4:53pm after calling more than 15 times back to back I was able to speak to Nicole who coldly told me that she couldn't fit me into the schedule until Friday at 10am. This company has the WORSE customer service their receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. As a professional in the residential new development field I would NEVER recommend any of my developers put a large job in their hands as it is clear they are unable to handle single small residential jobs. The unfortunate part of this is when they have your money it feels like you are at their mercy and the only option is to deal with their continued disrespect for the consumer. By the way I called back at 4:56pm to remind them of a small portion of the counter that we had templated and wanted to be sure it would be installed along with the island and I was placed on hold by Nicole for over 5 mins and she never picked the phone up again and of course the line was discounted AGAIN. Thankfully I was able to call back AGAIN from my office line. As much as I would like to have the kitchen completed I'm concerned about the finished product and the workmanship once completed as this is now a VERY contentious relationship and I wouldn't put it past them to botch this whole job intentionally. NEVER AGAIN and if I were you I would save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable company. It's not worth the frustration in the end.

I worked with Nicole Gabriele. She was extremely knowledgeable and SO helpful. I had wanted to purchase Bianco Romano granite for my new kitchen. I particularly wanted a light stone to go with darker cabinets. Nicole sent me to a number of stone warehouses with which they had contracts -- in Bayone, Elmwood Park, and Edison. I found to Bianco Romano slabs, but I was worried about potential future cracks in stone as indicated in the design. Some dealers might encourage you to buy the stone just to get the purchase. However, Nicole refused to sell me the stone, because she did not want to have any problems in the future. She suggested some other granites, and I found a River White that was gorgeous. I have a particularly unusually-shaped and especially deep Franke sink , and they did an amazing job cutting the granite to fit around the sink. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable, and Nicole allowed me to come to their offices and pay in person. I didn't have to do that, but I was glad I did, so I could meet her in person. In terms of installation, her guys not only treated the stone with an expensive solution (included in the price), so that it will resist stains, they also gave me some extra in jar (no charge) for touch ups. A new surface treatment needs to be done every five years or so. This is standard. I would definitely use VIP Granite again. I would like to add photos, but I can't figure out how.

Nicole from VIP granite was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to find me a beautiful piece of granite that fit my price range. The gentleman that came to measure and install the granite was very professional and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend VIP granite to friends and family.

The staff at VIP Granite was incredibly helpful when we remodeled our kitchen. Choosing the perfect granite for our new kitchen was very challenging, but Nicole was incredibly patient and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to make our choice. Our entire experience with VIP Granite was very positive from start to finish. We absolutely love our granite and we are very grateful to everyone at VIP Granite that helped us out. We would highly recommend choosing VIP Granite if you would like beautiful granite and an opportunity to work with a very experienced and knowledgeable staff.
