I am 20 years into a 30 year warranty and parts are failing (balances and tilt carriers). I have contacted their office multiple times and they have no ambition to fulfill the terms of the warranty or even hear what the issues are. I asked for part numbers and all they did was give me a website and say "try there".
Their quality isn't Anderson- grade, but passable. Their service is a joke and the warranty is worthless. If I had to do it again, I would spend a little extra and go with a better company.
