I saw Esperanza Spalding and Geri Allen play in this venue past December!!! The atmos is very cozy /Intimate, and obviously historic. Its tiny underground situation subtly saysv"speakeasy" and the performance space really brkngs the artist(s) into full focus. Go There, haha, and have an awesome evening.

Best jazz venue, and legendary.. They don't serve food, just great drinks. And the program is amazing, hardly a month passes without some jazz icon passing by.

Nothing but the best. Especially monday nights for the Vanguard Orchestra. Deborah has done a fantastic job of keeping the legacy alive. A must if you swing through the city on a visit. Or if you live here a regular hang.
