I was really excited for the groupon for this place that was gifted to me by a friend. They were very polite and it was overall a good experience, but the manicure and pedicure quality left something to be desired. They were a little hard on my feet (and my feet are super sensitive), but I still have basic callouses (bottom corners of the big toes, anyone?) left after the rather vicious pumice stone scrub. Even worse, my gel mani has bubbles on almost every finger and is uneven in thickness at the tips due to way too much polish being used. I'm also unhappy with the nail filing job, but I like oval nails and that's a difficult request to fill for some. Overall, it was a pleasant experience based on the employees' friendliness, but the actual services rendered weren't so great.

The worst manicure and pedicure in my life! They told me to wait just few minutes until my nail polish would be dry, so, of course, I smashed my manicure and pedicure on my way home. As s results, I have to meet new year with bad nails.
Moreover, when I wanted to live them 10% tips, the lady told me: " You know, in this country me leave 15% tips" (I have a slight European accent and I live in New York for 10 years).
Worst place! Never go there, unless you want to have worst manicure in your life and be be forced to pay big tips.

Wonderful service. They are super nice. They are perfectionists which I like, and make sure you get everything you ordered.

This was my first visit to this salon. I got a gel mani and a pedi. The service was great. The staff was very nice. They charge $5 to remove gel from your nails. They have massage pedi chairs. They also gave me a card to get a free gel mani after 15 visits.

This place was my go-to place until it switched over management this past month, which was not common knowledge to me! I know they're changing the name, but I hope enough people read this before they do.
I was using the last session from my Groupon, which once you redeem you can no longer see the voucher number, and no one said anything about changing over management during my service, which took almost two hours, when it should only take one.
I told them this was the last of my sessions from my Groupon and they asked me for a card as proof, which I was never notified of or had. Then they said I had to talk to the old owner and if she okayed it I wouldn't have to pay... they gave me her number!
Of course she didn't pick up and I tried to prove I had this voucher on my Groupon account, which wasn't good enough. The owner began to scream that she would not do nails for free and the other owner said they would give me a "special price." I didn't think it was my problem or right that I had to pay again, but I got guilted out of $20. Save yourself the trouble, NEVER go here.
The silver lining is I explained the situation to Groupon and they remedied it so I can find another salon going forward.
