Village Gyrotonic has the most knowledgeable, kind, and cool instructors. Everyone I have worked with has helped me get out of pain and find more freedom in my body.
At times when I just want to work out and find a flow, they have provided that as well.
I'm very happy with my experiences at VG and highly recommend them!

The space is so convenient, and the trainers are exceptional. I've seen a lot of positive rehabilitation of injuries in this studio.
