Gotta be honest, In all these years I've never had problem with village. The dispatcher is always friendly and accommodating.
My wait ranges from 5 to 15 minutes, usually 5. Drivers aren't rude or careless, If you talk, they talk they don't force conversation, they don't put you in danger. Not sure what's up with these negative reviews. When forming an opinion, you shouldn't only focus on bad experiences.

These guys are the worst, rudest individuals you will ever find. they just hang up on you and pretty much tell you to f*** off....! Never again will i spend a dime with them and i used them daily !

Terrible service. I asked for a car by 7pm, told the service specifically that I can't leave earlier, the car was there 6:50, refused to wait for 10 min, after 10 min they told me I have to wait 45 min. They didn't care about anything and were very rude. If you don't care about the time very much, maybe it'll work for you.

Picked me up fast , had a nice conversation station with a driver named (Joey g) just happened to leave my phone in the cab ... An office gentlemen sal got the cabbie to call me and set up an arrangement to pick up the phone , five stars
