Front desk people do not make people feel welcomed.
It is not warm and inviting.
I phone call these people and ask them to transfer my phone to my therapist. The first phone call transferred is often unanswered.
I often have to make a second phone call to the facility and have it transferred in order to speak with the therapist.

I have appointments monthly with a psychiatrist and the appointments are usally at 1:15 they are very late with the appointments they give. I would usually wait 45 to an hour wait. Horrible service they gove there.

I find the staff at the center extremely unprofessional with very nasty attitudes, I will never allow my child to receive services at this center again. They are not supportive at all, patients are never called at the time of their appointments and the patients are treated poorly. I do not recommend this center to anyone. They most certainly do not define what a GUIDANCE CENTER is for.
