The car I went to see wouldn't even start due to a dead battery. While we waited for it to be started, we were being pressured into buying the vehicle before we even got to take a look at it. The "floor manager" was very rude and started raising his voice and claimed I needed to leave my credit card with him for a test drive because "IF YOU DAMAGE THE VEHICLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE" while raising his voice in a disgusting and disrespectful tone of voice. Never have I heard of such a policy from ANY dealership. I've gone on test drives where I'm not even asked for a license, let alone a credit card. This to me shows they're uninsured, and god knows what else is going on at this scumbag place. Do not go here. Don't waste your time like I did. There's a reason this place has so many negative/ 1 star reviews.

Very sketchy dealership. The prices and pictures online are very misleading, the reality is they are hiding some serious flaws. The salesmen are useless, they are uncooperative and unprofessional and have virtually no knowledge regarding any car whatsoever. This entire place is a gigantic scam run by unprofessionals. They still will nor cease calling me, despite threats to call the police, having called me six times this week, even after I told them I bought a different car. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Do not bother with their so-called "extended warranty program". You can get it cheaper yourself, rather than pay $3000 for the contract which is also added to the 'sale price' of the car. We have bought 3 cars from this dealer over the years and used to be pleased with their sales reps.
We just found out that the salesman lied when we bought our 2nd car there and told my wife and I that we had a 'lifetime bumper-to-bumper' warranty when in actuality (27 months later), it is really a 2 year warranty that we could have purchased much cheaper (Allstate) on our own. Now that the car needs servicing under the warranty, we were conveniently told that the warranty has 'expired' but it does not show this anywhere on the dealer-provided documentation.
Combine this with high-pressure salesman and the lack of honoring internet pricing (low-balling), this dealer fell from 'reasonable' to less than reputable. We will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer again.

They don't honor their advertised internet price! They try adding 10% saying that's what it says in the advertisement and that a lot of ppl are confused by that (PROBABLY BECAUSE ITS FALSE ADVERTISING! ). The owner didn't even want to let me leave a deposit to come back the next day with my wife. Unless your ready to walk in there and pay a price higher than advertised, they really could care less that your there. No willingness to work with you and one salesman tells you one thing which is completely different from what another salesman tells you. To summarize, just another small time sleazy used car dealer. When you see their online prices and think its too good to be true, IT IS! Save yourself time and gas and go somewhere else.
