I've used the garage at this station for over 15 years. They have ALWAYS been helpful & honest. Can recommend without reservation. It's rare to find such trustworthy help when it comes to car servicing

Poor:
I came to Staten Island in 2006; I have been using this gas station since. The repair station manager, a short stocky white male, has always been rude to me. In fact, one of my colleages had told me when I first came that the guy was rude to customers; but I never believed him. Before long I began to believe my friend, for there is no reason why he continued to be rude to a customer who for the past 7 years has done all his car business at that station. On June 3rd 2013, I brought my car for a second appointment (the first haven been resheduled from friday May 31); I was supposed to leave my car keys for the repairs and head to school for an early morning class. So I asked the manager where to park. He told me "park anywhere over there and bring the keys." I told him I don't understand what over there means especially as there was no more parking space in the lot. He looked at me with a scorn and walked away. I had taken this treatment from him more than a dozen times, and thought I should tell him that. So I got out of my car, walked to him and told him that I do not like the way he treats me as a customer. Thinking he was going to explain, I was shocked at what he said, and I quote: "You don't have to come here; I don't need your business anyway. Get lost." He said this to me in front of the store clerk and left. Just in case the owners are reading, I was there to perform service that would have costed $ 900.00. So, with a heavy head and a sulken face I left hesitantly. I don't think this is his business; and I am very certain the owners would never behave this way. I am also very sure that such attitude is not mobile company policy. If someone is reading, please educate that guy. Of course, it may be the case (as it is often) that nobody reads complains. God bless this country.

This gas station just lost a regular customer, I just spent $60 dollars to fill up my truck I notice that my tires we're low and needed to put air in. I didn't have any loose change (.75) to pay for air. I go inside to see if the attendent would turn on the air machine since I'd just paid for $60 worth of gas and also that I'm a regular customer. The attendant told me No that I must pay for air (.75), I responed to him that I just bought $60 dollars worth of gas from him. He said he doesn't care how much gas I bought from him that he will never give out free air! So much for taking care of your customers, I like supporting local business but when they start treating there customers like the big companies do then I'm done. Go to another gas station that will appreciate your business. I was a loyal customer that was treated rudely, do I care about .75 air NO it's the principle of the matter I have been supporting you as a customer during these hard time giving you my hard earned money to be treated like this NEVER AGAIN!
