I placed an order online hoping for a get well delivery today. After I paid and submitted the order I called to confirm which day it would be sent. The gruff man who answered immediately started screaming at me saying he can't make the order for me, not today not ever using the artisan vase I chose. I was silent for a minute, he said "if you wanna pay me $55 I can make the medium or large one but I can't do the cheap one at that price". After more silence, he screamed "HELLO!!!!!!!" I said, I'm sorry, I'm just trying to understand what you are saying - you can't make the order I already submitted and paid for online..?". He continued screaming that he is just going to tear up the order and not do it at all, so I agreed with him. WTH.

Horrible place to buy flowers from. They took 54.90+ then claimed they only got 39$ and then added 20$ + in fees and "services" (they didnt do anything) so I only got 19 dollars of flowers after spending over 55. What kind of business is this? Who would ever go back to them after one use? They even gave my girlfriend the wrong order and refused to change it. The woman hung up on my when I told her I was not happy and when I called back Victor told me "Your not my customer". WHAT? Please avoid them. you will be disappointed. I only used them because there is no one else in the area.

They never give you what you pay for, and dont mind giving you attitude once they have you money. They will rip you off with hidden fees and be completely unwilling to speak to you later. The flowers themselves were wilting when delivered to my girlfriend. Truly terrible florist, please avoid.

I just recently placed an order through this florist for an arrangement to be sent to another, nearby, town. Even though this florist took 20 minutes to take a simple order, he managed to set up the delivery 5 days before it was supposed to arrive.
When my mother in law received the flowers, they looked nothing like the $61.5 I was charged for them. When I called the florists who delivered them they told me that they received an order for $50 and that they had to deduct $9 for delivering. That means that I received a product that was worth $41 and was overcharged $20.5 in taxes, sending (?) fees and delivery.
This was not an honest transaction since I was not informed of all the charges. I do not recommend this florist.
