This place used to be amazing bought suits there in the past and nothing but good... however my last experience with them was so horrible i will never step foot on even austin street again. They could not get anything right for the group of people i needed suitz for. I never recieved calls back. Everytime i went in store it was someone new i was dealing with that had no clue about my order of 4 suits. The worst part they didnt measure me correctly.

This place is shady. I never once received a call for my suit that was supposed to get tailored, because on the spot they did not have the shirt nor the tie I needed and the jacket and dress pants needed alterations. Was promised a call within a few days when they had everything tailored and had the correct shirt and tie. I never once received a call letting me know it was all thee, tailored and ready.

Filed a dispute because I never got anything I paid for and there rebuttal as there defense was, I left the shop in hand with the shirt, tie, and suit because nothing needed tailoring the same day I was there. Which is a total lie and not the truth of what happened that day.

Shady, dishonest owner and workers there. Last time I ever trust my friend to go here.
