old and smells a little old. I only went for an event where they rented out a room on the top floor, so this only reflects that because I'm not sure what the rest of the building is like. Parking seemed ok since it isn't the type of place to get too busy.

Place is nice but they have more rules than the Army, they want you to pack your belongs half an hour before the time that you paid for,so if you want your party for 4 hours,you have to pay for 5 hours, no brake.
