Vetro

Had an intimate dinner of about ten guests to celebrate my nuptials. Everything was perfect!!!!! The staff was so accommodating and really worked to make the night special. Although it wasn't part of my dinner package, they provided champagne for us to toast the occasion. They allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted to take pictures all over the facility, even though we went well past our reservation time. The lady who helped us (I think her name was Tia or Teal) was awesome, she was very warm and welcoming; made you feel like family. Our server was great, explained everything , answered all of our questions about our selections and was very personable, even talking about his upcoming wedding.

I was looking for a restaurant that had a nice ambiance, would look good in pics and whose food tasted good, Vetro provided me with that and more. I am not an easy person to please (so I'm told) but I had absolutely NO complaints about my experience here. I had the salmon with spinach risotto and it was delish.I would easily recommend Vetro to anyone. Some of my guests were so impressed that they are planning their events here as well.

I will be back as well.

Had a great Sunday lunch here. They offer a pre-set meal with an array of options for two courses. Each dish is more than large enough to leave you stuffed to the brim by then end.

Only downfall was their service, although extremely polite and welcoming, took way too long in between meals. Given the large portion of each dish I was full by the time my second course came (took about 30-40 min to bring each course). Given there was a wedding or some sort of reception happening at the time of the lunch, they still should have been a little more timely, especially given the cost of the meal.

Nonetheless I would definitely recommend this restaurant and more importantly their (flaming) creme brulee!

I don't usually write a review but my experience at Vetro was so amazing I was really moved to write one.

I live 4 hours away so I had to book my event by email and phone conversations.
Of course I was nervous not being face to face but Suzanna was amazing, she answered all my questions, returned all my calls in no time and gave me a great Deal!

So the day of my party I was greeted with a big warm welcoming smile from Tele. She immediately assured me that my guests will all be treated like royalty and they were. Multiple people at my party commented on how nice the woman at the front is (Tele). She set the tone for my party and anything I needed she made happen right away. But don't be fooled by her nice smile, she is quick, professional, and was in control of everything the whole time. Thank you Tele for allowing me to enjoy my party and taking care of everything.

Our servers Louis and Eric were just great. Quick, accommodating, professional, funny etc. If anyone asked for anything they had it for them in seconds. Thanks guys you rock!!!!

Over all Vetro team you guys are great. I was impressed as were my guests. And last but not least the food was incredible. Everything was delicious and the presentation was beatiful!!!!!!!!!!!

This place now has an enclosure; people smoke there and they serve food. They think it's a huge club so they pump the music and it's senseless. The attraction of a roof top bar has lost all meaning. Why would you close it [the rooftop] and not just respect the neighborhood?

Came here for my birthday dinner and missed my 10:30pm reservation. We where greeted by Tia who had the chefs wait till we ordered to close the kitchen. Meal was exeptional and service was excellent!!! Mama Tia (that's what the girls call her) was the sweetest woman ever!!!! Absolutely fabulous!!! Make sure to check out the roof top lounge
