best experience i'v had purchasing anything i'v every bought. these guys are really here to help you out, David Tineo will take fantastic care of you, he will be completely honest and give you the proper experience that you deserve. Andrew made everything so easy. if you're thinking about it, go down and check it out. you will be taken care of. If i do decide to go with another aprilia i will go right back to this location. thank you very much guys.

Chris in service took excellent care of my V7 Stone after it was involved in an accident and needed some body work. The bike was returned to me in its best condition ever. The service was very thorough and Chris was excellent at updating me at every step of the way.

Had my bike repaired they picked it up and fixed. I left the bike there to long, my fault. Service charged aprox 500 dollar for the repair and as far as I knew according to the service person that accepted the payment Al was well and payment went threw.

Fast forward to today Andrew calls me. He tells me my payment was declined and now my bill over 1200 dollars. I may own this money but was not told of storage charges due. All I'm saying this is a example of how this business works. They don't communicate to one another. Of course Andrew blamed me saying I should have know there would be charges. Since when is it the customers responsibility to calculate the bill. Beware of this business.

Amazing customer service...they've taken me to the subway by car and picked me up from the subway on numerous occasions when my bike was getting work done. A great crew of mechanics, Anthony in particular knows his wrenching. Chris at the service desk couldn't be more friendly and incredibly helpful with everything I've ever asked of him. What more to say? In my 31 years of Riding in and around New York I've never come across a service department with more superlative customer service and quality workmanship.

Cheapest 6,000 mile service in New York City... and I got a quote from every Vespa service center incl. LI before showing up. Staff was also very friendly too. You could tell they enjoyed working there. They didn't have to order any parts either including tires. I will definitely return.
