I visited both the Bleecker and Columbus shops and was startled to find such a difference in the quality of customer service.
Firstly, I was pushed into buying a handbag and then when I tried to exchange it (because the strap kept coming off--the bag was defective), they gave me SO MUCH attitude. When I started looking around for another bag, they practically forced me out the store with the first bag I picked up. The girl followed me around and kept asking me: "Is this the bag you want?" I felt so harassed and pressured, I just wanted to get out! Then the blond girl--who had nothing to do with this interaction--started snickering quite loudly about how the strap shouldn't be a problem, how she can fix it, and doesn't know why I'm looking for another bag.
They have some nerve to make me feel cheap and picky when I'm dropping HUNDREDS of dollars in a store that is cluttered, hot, and messy.
