Vertical Parking System LLC

I parked my car there for four full days. I picked up the car and paid for it and drove home to NJ. After getting home I notice the front license plate was gone and obvious hit off because there were scratches. I called and they confirmed they had the license plate in their possession. I had to drive back to Brooklyn to pick it up because they claimed they could not mail it. They took no responsibility what so ever. They claimed they had the license plate in their office for three days !?!? Did anyone think to look around at the cars and see if one matched. After all there are two on each car. The fact that the plate was there and I had damage simply means it was hit off while not in our possession and the brainless people that work there could not match the plate with the car. I am disgusted with the way they conduct their business and one should be aware of this when dealing with them.
