I’ve had great experiences with Vertex Security. We’ve used them for three years in our current office and again recently for an office expansion. They do tidy work, are always on time, and when we’ve had issues arise they’ve resolved them promptly. The team is very respectful and hard working - great doing business with them.

We used Vertex for our SoHo real estate offices, to install 3 security cameras overseeing a team of 30 people. Not only was the price very competitive, but also the job quality was superb. Installers were very nice and professional, and were very knowledgeable on any questions I had. They did not rush me through the process, and stayed after the job was done to show me how to view footage from both my cell phone and PC.
The job itself was done quicker than I expected- they were done running wires and connecting everything within 3 hours, and even vacuumed after themselves. Noise and dirt were kept to a minimum. I was very pleased and surprised to get a follow up call the next day from my account manager, calling personally to make sure I was satisfied and asking if I had any other questions. This type of service is very hard to find in today's market, when everyone just want to get paid and then don't bother checking on the client. I warmly recommend Vertex- five stars on product, value, and most importantly- professionalism!!!

Magaschoni, the company I work for, needed to update its fingerprint entry system and it was suggested by the company that manufactured the keypad entry system to use Vertex Security to install it. We were very happy with the service. Manny the installer was professional and did a very clean and fast job. He explained things clearly and answered all of my questions. After doing a research online I decided to call them to install a new video intercom for my business. From the beginning I felt i'm in good hands, the lady over the phone was really nice and provided me all the necessary details. We set up an appointment, the technician came on time and was very professional. Everything works great and i'll definitely recommend them!
