Verona Yoga and Wellness Center

Great studio for any level!

I took my first class at Verona yoga on Friday after trying 3 other studios and never quite feeling comfortable. Within the first 10 minutes of class I knew I had found the place I had been looking for all along. Janine was so attentive to each student and really stressed the importance of good form, correcting us as we needed. The class was the perfect flow to allow for proper learning and confidence building. The class flew by! I had such a great time and by the time I left I felt so wonderful and at peace and already thinking about the next time I could go back. This is definitely the place for me! I can't wait to try out their new infrared hot yoga once I get more experienced.

I love this studio! The teachers have a great energy and the studio offers other classes beside yoga which are a lot of fun! I love coming here to relax and unwind after work. I would reccomend this place to anyone who works/lives in the area!

I'd give this place more stars but if I did, too many people will start showing up to my classes!!! This is my go-to place to become centered and focused. Yoga on sundays help me jumpstart my week properly! Can't live without!
