- Terrible #58187

run by street gang members...corrections officers incourage gang activities...tobbacco and marijuana smoked in dorms...social services only help people of their own race...not a safe place at all...must " tip" commisary trustees...understand gang members get locked up intentipnaly to conduct street business on the inside

when you call the facility you can never get a live person to the phone and if you ask to speak to an operator the hang up the phone.
