Great service at this store. The reps are very helpful unlike the corporate store that I went to before.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about my phone and the various Verizon plan options. They spent a lot of time with me to determine that my phone was fine and the current plan was ideal for my needs. In other words, I respect the fact that they didn't sell me anything that I didn't need. When I do need a new phone or plan, I will go back and talk to them again to get their honest opinion.

last week I called over 30 stores in the city to see if they had the iphone 6 plus in stock in 128GB in space gray and literally no one had. I finally called this store and by surprise they had one left in stock, they said they hold it for me and I came in a few hours later. Ricky, Adam & Zak all helped me individually while helping other customers. they transferred ALL of my data, including contacts, photos, emails, even my ringtone. they put my new tempered glass on perfectly and were extremely knowledgeable on everything. they even saved me money on my monthly bill. they made everything so easy and I left with no stress and was able to enjoy my new phone. I will be telling all my family & friends to shop here.

These guys are a bunch of cheats. DO NOT go there.

They tell me they have an iphone 6, in stock which I reserve. And then spend 30 minutes traveling to and from the store.
Then when I arrive 1) the package is open 2) I have to buy a 39.99 screen protector 3) I have to buy a 39.99 case for the phone.

They explain to me that they are doing me a favor buy selling me someone else's phone who won't be there for a few weeks. Sure...By selling me an opened phone, which was used or returned, then requiring I purchase $80 in overpriced gatgets??

Had they told me it was open, and I had to buy the gadgets before I went there I would not have came, but at least that would be an honest purchase.

This was a pure bait and switch tactic. I was pissed off enough to write a review, which I rarely would do. Don't go there.

Bullyed into buying $80 worth of phone accessories for iPhone 6, although I was never informed of this obligation when I preordered my 3 phones. I was told I could wait 2 weeks or purchase the accessories. Since I needed the phone very badly (old phone broken) I took the accessories but informed Ricky Rizvi, the manager, that I would be contesting the charge with my credit card, which I did. In addition, his employee opened the phone case without my permission and put it on my phone. They also initially told me the extra charge would be $39.99, so imagine my shock when I looked at the receipt and saw two charges for $39.99: a screen protector and a case. Two days later, I received an email with a cancellation for my remaining two phones (without my permission). This email coincidentally arrived on Ricky Rizvi's day off. I now will have to wait several weeks for my remaining two phones, although I would refuse to give this store any more of my business. I have reported them to Verizon, who is escalating an investigation, and the Better Business Bureau.
