I stick with the Verizon brand because of fantastic customer service like this.
My phone smashed and they were kind enough to lead me through getting a new phone with my insurance. I really appreciated all their straight forward service.

Joel is very helpful and he took out the time to assist me with my every request. He has great skills! Not to mention he also knows so much about cars...he even added my new phone to my new car. Joel, you are the man! :)
